Leadership means different things for different people. For some types, mostly Introverts, leadership means leaving them alone to do their job. Some others, usually NTs, don’t want to follow leaders at all. People that prefer Sensing generally want someone to model the behaviors required. For some (SJs) this is in a traditional, authority laden role, for others (SPs) as the leader of action. Some, usually NFs, tend to look for a charismatic leader.
