How These Resources are Delivered

Delivery of all PDF downloadable resources will take place immediately after PayPal has approved the purchase. As well as your PAID receipt, you will also receive a separate email containing the appropriate download links. For non-PDF products such as online assessments, you will receive your login instructions and/or specialized files within the next 24 hours, as soon as the set-up has been completed. All other non-PDF products will be sent by post.
